STEP TWO - THE ESTATE SALE
Once you have decided which items are for sale and when the sale can take place, you leave the rest to our staff. We organize, research, price, advertise and coordinate all aspects of the sale. From start to finish the timing is typically 2 weeks. Our on site Managers of TM Estate Sales are Jennifer Cohen & Kristina McCann who bring with them, 10 years experience with our company & a comprehensive knowledge of the Antiques & Collectibles market.
Our staff and Mr. Cohen work closely with area professionals ie: cleaning services, carpenters, painters and restorers, providing clients with all of the services they may need to close the estate and get the home ready to sell. The premises are returned to the client in broom clean condition about 3 days after the sale.
